How long is the Training?

The training generally takes 4-5hours for both in person and online.

Can i take the training on my mobile phone?

No, the training should be completed on a laptop or PC. The viewing window on a phone is too small to take in the content.

When should i take a refresher course?

In order to stay up to date with legislation and technology it is strongly recommended that refresher courses are taken every 2 years.

Ive undertaken the training and now i need some help with a specific situation, can i get in touch?

Yes, we are here to help you. Get in touch for advice when you are faced with a specific situation and need an independent review.

How often are face to face training dates?

Its dependent on travel schedules, however it is our aim to visit major hubs at least twice a year.

Who needs to be trained within my business?

Anyone with installation or advisory roles. The gate safe awareness training is for individuals. Much like a trade license, its a non transferrable qualification that is attached to a person.

Does it apply to residential gates?

Training content, although commercial centric - is applicable to all residential applications. It is recommended that anyone within the gates and automation industry is educated on this.

What level of experience with gates and automation do i need to undertake this course?

There is no pre-requisite for entry into the course. We encourage all involved with gates and automation to undertake training.
